O Aka Manto tem uma preferência especial pelos banheiros públicos, pois neles raramente tem papel e a podridão é tanta que ajuda a deixar o clima ainda mais assustador.

Enquanto a vítima estiver sentada no vaso sanitário despachando suas necessidades, o Aka Manto irá lhe oferecer papel higiênico nas opções azul e vermelho para escolher. Caso opte pelo azul, o Aka Manto vai estrangular o infeliz até ficar daquela cor. Se a escolha for o vermelho, o Aka Manto vai arrancar-lhe a pele até que se engasgue com o próprio sangue.

Não vai adiantar porra nenhuma, pois caso algum espertinho ignorar a pergunta ou responder qualquer coisa que não seja azul ou vermelho, o Aka Manto simplesmente leva o idiota direto para o inferno.

If you are sitting on the toilet (usually the last stall), a mysterious voice will ask you if you want red paper or blue paper. If you answer red paper, you will be sliced apart until your clothes are stained red. If you choose blue paper, you will be strangled until your face turns blue.
